Returns, Exchanges & Damages
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time as all items are small batch or made to order. All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order or you have any questions, please reach out and contact us at shop.crafthaus@gmail.com.
If your item arrives damaged, please email photos & your order number to shop.crafthaus@gmail.com within 48 hours of item being marked delivered. If your order arrived damaged due to mishandling by the USPS, please include images of the mailer/box. If you ordered jewelry, you will be provided a return shipping label to have the jewelry sent back to me, so that I can repair it and send it back to you.
